Project Coordinator - Internship
Role Overview The
Project Coordinator Intern
supports the Project Management team in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in project management processes, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Main Accountabilities
Support Project Managers in the preparation and update of project plans, timelines, and budgets using the project management tool.
Assist in coordinating project team meetings and ensure follow‑up on actions and deliverables.
Help track project progress through KPI dashboards and highlight potential gaps or delays.
Contribute to the identification and follow‑up of issues and risks that may impact project execution.
Support communication with stakeholders by preparing project updates and status information.
Maintain and organize project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Interest in Project Management and willingness to learn in a structured environment.
Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Advanced level of English, written and spoken.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
