Project and Change Management Section Manager

Based in La Spezia office (smart working applicable!), as part of the Business Improvement Department, we're seeking a Project and Change Management Section Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of Project and Change Management Office;
  • Develop project and change management frameworks, processes, and tools;
  • Guide the organization to achieve consistency across projects;
  • Develop the Project and Change Community;
  • Coordinate Projects Portfolio Review and setup during annual goals planning;
  • Define Projects Subportfolios and Programs;
  • Monitor project portfolio execution according to KPIs;
  • Manage project portfolio routines;
  • Prioritize projects and verify resource allocation in shared services;
  • Manage cash-in vs. cash-out of the projects portfolio;
  • Optimize project portfolios by identifying bottlenecks, recommending acceleration, freezing, or adding projects.

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc University Degree;
  • At least 5 years of project management experience across different methodologies;
  • Team management skills;
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and fast-changing environment;
  • Strategic, positive thinker;
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing);
  • Willingness to share knowledge and develop the Change and Project Community;
  • Ability to coach and negotiate with senior management;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to complete tasks timely.
