Program Manager, Speed, MEATR - Fulfillment & Acceleration

An innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch new programs to accelerate speed (Dark Store, SSD, Direct customer deliveries, etc).
• Set up the network and transportation configurations (NDC), fulfillment experience (FX) charters across emerging markets, and manage the launch of new systems, tools, dashboards, and processes while undertaking cost/speed improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, cross‑country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, and tech to establish processes for maintaining configurations and drive improvements in existing fulfillment.
• Directly responsible for senior‑leadership reviews on these programs.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process‑improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook‑Ups) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of driving process improvements.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
