INVENTVM is actively looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate our internal project schedules and programs.
Reporting directly to the VP of Operations and Program Management, this role oversees 4 to 8 projects simultaneously and may naturally expand to include supply‑chain coordination, supporting our fabless business model and helping build a scalable operations and program management structure as the company grows.
There is no upper limit in the seniority of this career opportunity. Depending on experience and profile, the candidate will be offered the most suitable position ranging from senior contributor to manager as adequate.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager
- Strong knowledge of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from concept to mass production, covering both ASIC and open-market product business models
- Expertise in project cost control, risk assessment, and resource management
- Ability to independently lead Project Core Team meetings involving cross‑functional teams, subcontractors, and partners
- Proven capability in managing relationships with internal and external project stakeholders, including customers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain team alignment on project timelines, costs, and deliverable quality
- Master’s degree or equivalent 5‑year technical degree
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
Desirable Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Experience in managing one or more of the following: supply chain, RMA, reliability, operations, project management, ATE test program development in a semiconductor company
- PMP Certification
