Manpower Group is recruiting for a leading client in the automotive and motorsport composite industry.


We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and execute composite component programs across multiple European manufacturing sites. This role will manage the full program lifecycle from quotation to launch and serial production, ensuring technical, timing, and commercial deliverables are met. You will act as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, operations, and suppliers in Europe.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple concurrent composite programs for OEM, motorsport, and niche automotive customers.
  • Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, logistics) to meet program timing, cost, scope, and quality requirements.
  • Interface with European customers, facilitate communications, program reviews, and milestone approvals.
  • Support launch readiness, capacity planning, and validation processes at production facilities.
  • Oversee supplier readiness for critical materials and outsourced processes.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and commercial tracking tools.
  • Align program execution with global PMO methodology and report progress to senior leadership.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of program/project management experience, including 3 years in composite manufacturing (automotive, motorsport, or aerospace).
  • Experience with high-performance composite technologies: autoclave curing, prepreg layup, RTM, or compression molding.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong knowledge of automotive program launch processes (APQP, PPAP, ISO/IATF 16949).
  • Skilled in MS Project, ERP systems (PLEX, SAP), and program dashboards.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
