Program Manager, CMHK Strategic Investment
AWS Global Business Development drives adoption of the AWS cloud worldwide. The Program Manager will build strategic investment mechanisms to accelerate customer adoption and drive growth through AWS program initiatives. The role partners with sales, technical, product, and regional leadership to develop community strategy, gather insights, facilitate technical collaboration, and execute programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute program strategy in partnership with leaders, tracking key performance indicators for technical field development.
- Define tooling strategy and gather stakeholder requirements, establishing technical and business requirements to improve customer experience.
- Partner with multiple field teams to plan execution and remove technical barriers for customers.
- Analyze integration of tools, systems, and technical concepts to maximize program outcomes.
- Host and facilitate sessions to understand impacts of system or process changes and aggregate feedback across regions, industries, and teams.
- Identify gaps in technical solutions, prioritize, and execute domain‑specific projects with security experts.
- Dive deeply into performance metrics, identify gaps, determine mitigation steps, implement, and report progress against goals.
- Drive community programs, including mechanisms to build and retain expertise, manage workflow for content, customer engagements, and thought leadership.
- Balance concurrent priorities while managing stakeholder expectations and communicating progress effectively.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
- 3+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking).
- 3+ years of working with Business Application Technologies (End User Compute, Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, Consumer Data Applications, Encrypted Communications, and/or Communication Developer Services).
- 3+ years of solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry.
- 3+ years of solving problems with technology in the Media & Entertainment Industry.
- 3+ years of solving problems with technology in the Global Financial Services Industry.
- 3+ years of solving problems with technology in the Telecommunications industry.
- 3+ years of solving problems with technology in the Automotive & Manufacturing industry.
- 3+ years of solving problems with technology in the Energy & Utilities industry.
- 3+ years of Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
- 3+ years of working with Advanced Compute technologies (Accelerated Compute, High Performance Compute, Visual/Spatial Compute, and/or IoT).
- 3+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies (Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations).
- 3+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience within advertising technology related sales.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in online advertising or high‑tech products/services.
- Experience scaling a publisher monetization product or service.
