As a Program Management Senior Specialist – Processes and Tools, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving ALMA Project Activities, contributing to the successful implementation of Asset Lifecycle Management Apex (ALMA), ensuring smooth adoption and integration within existing processes.
  • Ensuring Technology Inclusiveness, guaranteeing that solutions are scalable and inclusive of AERO, GE Vernova and NovaLT projects and future major integrations.
  • Continuous Improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and tools beyond PALM, contributing to broader asset management strategies. (ex. MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and DPD (Digital Product Definition))
  • Define and implement asset management frameworks, ensuring readiness for future integrations.
  • Collaborate with global, cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful projects that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Monitoring and Reporting, tracking project progress, preparing status updates, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Develop and implement a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the adoption and effective use of digitization initiatives across asset management processes.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Management Engineering or equivalent.
  • Have exposure to ERP systems (Oracle), PLM tools, data analytics platforms (Excel, Power BI) and AI.
  • Be proficient in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify process gaps and propose improvements.
  • Have familiarity with digital transformation concepts and tools, and excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.
  • Be aware of asset management principles and lifecycle processes.
  • Have deep knowledge of project management (planning, tracking, reporting).
  • Have awareness/knowledge of Agile methodologies and an ability to work in iterative project environments.
  • Be a high‑energy, initiative‑taking team player who promotes a culture of collaboration and embraces change across functions.
