Program Director

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an exceptional Program Director to lead a pivotal, end-to-end transformation program for one of our clients in the Telco industry.

This is more than a leadership role; it's an opportunity to act as the single point of accountability for a multi-stream engagement, delivering significant value and shaping the future of customer experience. Based in Milan, Italy, you will be at the helm of a strategic initiative, ensuring its alignment with our client's most critical business outcomes.

What You\'ll Do

• Own the Outcome: Take full ownership of program delivery, governance, and results, from initial build and transition to steady-state operations.
• Lead with Vision: Provide overall leadership for a complex transformation, ensuring all streams (CTI, AI, Integration, Reporting) work in harmony to achieve strategic goals.
• Drive Strategic Alignment: Act as the key liaison with the Steering Committee and client executives, ensuring the program delivers on its promised value in customer experience and efficiency.
• Orchestrate Excellence: Manage and oversee a multi-vendor environment, including the Program Office, stream leads, and various delivery teams.
• Ensure Flawless Governance: Uphold the highest standards of delivery, ensuring adherence to all SLAs, KPIs, compliance, and audit requirements while proactively managing risks and escalations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Deep expertise in the Telecom & Customer Experience (CX) domains.
• At least 20 years of experience and proven success in delivering large, complex programs.
• Demonstrated experience as a Systems Integrator (SI) leader, managing end-to-end transformations.
• Exceptional skills in governance, executive-level stakeholder management, and communication.
• Experience managing multi-vendor and multi-country delivery models.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
• Preferred experience with CCaaS and AI-driven transformations.
• A strong track record of engaging with and influencing executive-level clients.
