We are a growing team looking for a Program Analyst – Operations Quality & Performance to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office.
What You Will Do
- Deploy quality standards through data and documents acquisition, verification and monitoring through CRM and other internal and external tools;
- Collaborate with and support internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, to improve processes, automation and feedback implementation, and drive new initiatives to meet and exceed business requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with the senior quality managers and operations teams to ensure access to data and insights, managing deadlines in a timely and organized manner;
- Analyze data and reporting, create and execute various projects and keep stakeholders up to date; create reports, dashboards, and scripts/automations using Google Suite and Microsoft Office;
- Own key performance quality metrics and support in the creation of quarterly roadmaps that optimizes execution and quality standards;
- Document SOPs (Standard Operational Procedures) and take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, and effectively communicate through presentations and workshops;
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and standards by verifying carrier documentation (e.g. onboard documents and required certifications), supporting adherence to applicable legal and operational requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Skilled in data management;
- Highly analytical;
- Good at communicating and presenting;
- A fast learner;
- Required: advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite)
- Considered a plus: knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Looker, and Power BI
- Fluent in Italian, with a very good English level;
- Graduated either in Engineering Management or Economics;
- Knowledgeable about operations and supply chain management fundamentals (logistics, forecasting, planning, optimization), either gained through work experience or through academic education (graduate degree).
