Job Summary

We are seeking a candidate with in-depth industry knowledge and technical expertise to assist customers in gaining market share and increasing operational efficiencies. The role involves providing technical and consultative leadership on complex engagements, focusing on industry or service offerings.

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical and consultative services on NetWitness solutions across various projects, including workshops, requirements analysis, solution design, documentation, and training.
2. Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure smooth project execution and transition.
3. Lead project quality assurance activities and ensure adherence to methodologies, margins, and scope.
4. Analyze customer requirements, develop proposals, and manage project deliverables.
5. Serve as a technical lead on projects, understanding customer challenges and providing strategic solutions.
6. Analyze large data sets, produce documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Maintain reports, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and complete project documentation.
8. Contribute to knowledge transfer, training, and development of project plans and statements of work.

Technical Responsibilities

1. Assist customers in threat hunting, detection, and analysis using Network, Endpoint, and Log analysis tools.
2. Develop detection content, queries, alerts, dashboards, and reports to identify threats and suspicious activities.
3. Assess visibility gaps and recommend improvements in detection capabilities.
4. Support sales scoping and technical guidance, including course development and content QA.
5. Participate in lab deployments, upgrades, and customer training events.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Understanding of logging mechanisms for network, security solutions, servers, and databases.
• Knowledge of networking/security infrastructure and data flow analysis.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in log collection methodologies and threat trends.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, professional English proficiency.
• Federal security clearance is a plus.
