Professional Education & Development Specialist
Job Function: Medical Affairs Group, Job Sub Function: Professional Medical Education, Job Category: Professional, Job Posting Locations: Pomezia, Roma, Italy We are searching for the best talent for: Professional Education & Development, Specialist Italy. Purpose: The Professional Education & Development Specialist will support the Professional Team with internal and external trainings, Customers’ meetings and ECPs Coaching, Administrative activities. Responsibilities
Manage internal inductions for new resources and external coaching days for Eye Care practitioners Support the Professional department for ECPs virtual classrooms and presentations Support the creation of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Cooperate with Commercial Compliance, HCC and Legal to ensure an appropriate framework for educational initiatives Facilitate the invoice payment process, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate payments Maintain organized records of invoices and related financial documentation Requirements
Bachelor Degree Optics/Optometrist Highly recommended minimum 2 years of experience in fitting contact lens Fluent Italian Intermediate English Driving license B Full time, 60% office/40% field Required Skills

€29,800.00 - €48,530.00 Benefits
