Professional Brand Manager – Italy

Location: Rome office
Contract: 12 months
Travel: up to 10% of time

What you will do

  • Define and execute the Professional Communication journey by developing or adapting marketing assets.
  • Partner with European Division Professional, Digital and Brand teams to localize plans and collaborate on opportunities.
  • Develop Professional Experience Calendar in partnership with Digital, Brand, Pharma, and Scientific Affairs teams.
  • Lead the execution of major industry events, managing stand development and supervising logistical mobilization of teams and materials.
  • Drive long‑term loyalty by strategically managing professional sampling, supervising logistics, and fostering clinical‑to‑home conversion.
  • Scale Professional digital reach by defining webshop strategy and amplification plan while overseeing operational implementation excellence.
  • Elevate the participant journey through Omni content development and oversee excellence on the execution of the Educational Program.
  • Gather and infuse professional insights into professional plans.
  • Allocate and control budget of Professional investment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hygienist, Dentistry, Life Sciences, Business Administration or Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Marketing, Pharma, or Dental Practitioner (dentist / hygienist).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to predict/respond to the rapidly evolving professional oral care environment.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage projects.
  • Strong networking and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written expression to effectively interact with leadership of multicultural markets and multifunctional areas.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
