Products Quality Specialist
MISSION
Ensure that products meet defined quality standards and customer expectations throughout the production and post-production phases. Guarantee excellence and reliability of charging solutions through continuous analysis of field issues, proactive collaboration with technical and business teams, and direct customer support, with the goal of preventing failures, improving user experience, and contributing to product innovation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- analyze monthly field failure information and collaborate with the technical and business teams to identify areas for improvement in the design, manufacture, delivery, and installation of our charging solutions and services
- initiate, assign, and manage problem investigations to understand the root cause of field quality problems and monitor their progress through the problem solving process.
- perform technical analysis and create written reports upon customer request
- create written reports to inform service and support teams of issue resolutions
- support Customer Care team to quickly address customer issues and support in the escalation process for for customer issues resolution. As necessary, engagement directly with the end customer may be required.
- make the bridge between customer requirements, field issues, and technical teams to assure quality issues are properly understood and addressed. (Prevent, not React)
- provide customer requirements, quality goals, and historical lessons learned to the project team.
- ensure that potential application issues and customer misuse opportunities are addressed
- manage the product evolution process quality by ensuring that all opened actions from the project have been properly closed or mitigation plans are in place to support the transfer
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering
- Minimum of 3/4 years of experience in products quality
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, PPAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
