You ensure alignment with corporate strategies and operational plans, while driving production performance and achieving financial targets. By fostering a culture of competence, motivation, and continuous improvement, you create the conditions needed for efficient manufacturing. Your leadership ensures full compliance with local laws, industry standards, relevant ISO certifications, and EHS requirements. The location for this position is Semine, Japan where you’re a present leader. You’re a valued member of the Global Insert Management team and report directly to the Global Director for Sandvik Coromant Insert Production.
