The Production Subsea & Inlet Day Superintendent is a senior operational leadership opportunity within an LNG plant environment. This Production Subsea & Inlet Day Superintendent role is focused on safe, compliant and optimised Subsea and Inlet production activities to support on-specification LNG delivery in line with production targets and shipping schedules. The Production Subsea & Inlet Day Superintendent will work closely with operations, maintenance and technical teams while providing leadership, technical direction and team development support. This Production Subsea & Inlet Day Superintendent position offers strong scope across operational performance, process troubleshooting, plant integrity and continuous improvement. Role Context

This opportunity sits within the oil and gas sector in an LNG plant operations environment. The role reports to the Production Manager and works across Subsea and Inlet production activities, supporting shift teams, maintenance planning and technical review activities. The working environment includes day-to-day operations, plant optimisation, shutdown preparation, emergency support and team development. Key Responsibilities

Lead safe and compliant Subsea and Inlet production activities, with a strong focus on personnel safety, environmental protection and equipment integrity. Provide day-to-day production methods support to shift teams, including troubleshooting process upsets, technical analysis, corrective actions and lessons learned. Support plant optimisation activities and contribute to the development and evaluation of modification proposals. Develop, review and update operating procedures and guidelines, including isolation and spading plans, LO/LC registers and operator rounds. Coordinate and prioritise planned Subsea and Inlet work with maintenance and inspection teams, from weekly planning through to major shutdowns. Organise permit meetings, control the opening of PTWs for critical jobs, and carry out regular safety and plant integrity audits. Participate in HAZOPs, technical reviews, risk assessments, safety audits, root cause analyses and incident investigations. Provide cover for the Shift Production Superintendent during absences and support plant response during upsets and emergencies. Maintain records of Subsea and Inlet activities, verify shift logs, and prepare reports on trips, abnormal operations and incidents. Develop the production team through training plans, annual objectives and performance reviews. Qualifications & Experience

Essential: Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Applied Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent. Essential: Minimum 20 years of production experience in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry. Essential: Minimum 10 years in senior production positions. Essential: Minimum 10 years in LNG Subsea operations and gas treatment. Essential: Excellent knowledge of oil and gas or LNG production processes and methods. Essential: Excellent knowledge of natural gas treatment and Subsea operations. Essential: Strong troubleshooting capability for process problems and plant upsets. Essential: Excellent knowledge of HSE and Environmental Management Systems, including ISO 14001. Essential: Excellent knowledge of Permit to Work systems in the oil and gas industry. Essential: High level of knowledge of emergency response systems and experience handling plant emergencies. Essential: Excellent leadership, team development and English communication skills. Essential: Good command of MS Office applications. About Airswift
