Production Planning Specialist

Envolve Consulting, a search and selection company, is looking for a Production Planning Specialist for a prestigious company operating in plastic sector.

The objective of the role is to define the optimal scheduling of production orders to ensure efficient production flow and on-time delivery, in compliance with customer needs.

Main challenges:

Defines the manufacturing times, with particular attention to defining production capacity, constraints on available resources, production schedules, efficiency levels, and production order release logic

Cooperates with the Customer Care to fulfil market needs

Supports the allocation of orders both on the fabrication and on the service centers (with the Service Manager)

Guarantees timely order delivery to affiliated companies

Manages improvement projects related to customer satisfaction, such as On Time Delivery and Lead time

Produces reports and analyses to provide an overview of the fabrication performance and orders portfolio

Manages Tier 3 and Tier 4 levels KPI

Supports SAP training to employee in Fabrication

Coordinates SAP Process Activities working with the Key Users community for the PP, WM and Shipping modules

Supports Material Procurement to program the delivery of materials to ensure compliance with customer deliveries

Requirements:

University Degree (technical or economic studies)

Experience in production planning or similar fields related to production

Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
