Production Planner

Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and driving efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Production Planner to join our team and play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and on-time delivery to our customers.
What You’ll Do
• Analyze sales orders and run MRP systems to generate production and material plans
• Schedule and coordinate production across multiple machines and departments
• Communicate timelines to Customer Service to support accurate order confirmations
• Monitor key KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full) and Service Level performance
• Conduct weekly production reviews and adjust plans to meet targets
• Collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams
• Manage stock levels of raw and semi-finished materials and optimize warehouse performance
• Handle urgent customer requests and support sample production for marketing events
• Improve processes within ERP systems (SAP/Navision) and reduce obsolete stock
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in production planning or supply chain within manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred; Navision is a plus)
• Solid understanding of capacity planning, scheduling, and inventory management
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking and improving KPIs
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
