Production Operator (M/F)

Midsummer Italia has recently started the production facility in Bari and is looking to increase the staff with 5 operators.Are you passionate about technology, renewable energy, and driving innovation? Your main responsibility is to ensure production machinery output meets the production goals within the set quality standard.The daily work involves being assigned to a station in the production line, which specifically might be the assembly table, pre-lamination and post-lamination, JB (junction box) assembly, quality control testing, and packaging. You will perform assembly, wiring of photovoltaic components, and assembly of support structures, operating and supervising production machinery (e.g., Furthermore, to perform visual and instrumental product checks and to manage the handling (picking/storage) of materials required for production.Experience working in a production environment. A high school diploma is required. A post-secondary qualification from an Istituto Tecnico Superiore (ITS) is considered a strong asset.Minimum B2 level of English.Understanding manufacturing processes and how one process affects the next one.Likes to work in an international environment and values diverse cultural perspectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
