Production Manager

Ali Professional, on behalf of a leading company in the design and manufacturing of high-end sporting goods, is seeking a Production Manager with a strong leadership spirit.

Our client is a manufacturing company that manages the entire product life cycle and is looking for a key figure to lead its production department.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be a true team leader , holding full responsibility for processes , production planning , and team management within the department.

Specifically, you will:

• Full-Cycle Production Management: Oversee the entire production flow, from raw material management to the finished product .
• Planning and Processes: Optimize and implement the production schedule, ensuring process efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
• Team Management: Lead, coordinate, and develop the production team (managing resources across production planning and the warehouse), fostering a culture of efficiency and quality.
• ERP Management: Actively utilize the SAP management system for planning, monitoring, and managing all production activities.
• Flow Coordination: Ensure the correct flow of materials and finished goods, managing the interfaces between production and other business functions.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager, gained within structured manufacturing environments.
• In-depth knowledge of production and planning processes, with experience managing the full manufacturing cycle (raw material to finished product).
• Consolidated, hands-on experience with SAP (this is a fundamental requirement).
• Strong, demonstrable leadership skills and proven team management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (PLUS)

• Specific expertise in Safety (HSE) will be considered a significant plus.
