Production Engineer

PRODUCTION ENGINEER - INTERSHIP

Fundamental Purpose

• Work with Production Planning ensuring that the Operational Area production plans are optimized and scheduled to maximize profit and minimize losses

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Process Improvement: Implementing lean manufacturing techniques to increase line speeds and reduce bottlenecks.
• Production Planning: Collaborates with Process and Department to ensure that capacity model are update and representative.
• System Design: Designing tooling, and plant layouts to enhance productivity.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying, documenting, and resolving production issues and equipment malfunctions.
• Documentation: Preparing production reports, analyzing data, and maintaining records.
• Collaboration: Working with R&D, maintenance, and production teams to optimize output.

• Interpersonal communication

• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
