Production Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Technical coordination of project activities, acting as the point of contact between the customer and internal functions (production, quality, purchasing), preparation, updating, and management of work cycles, operating instructions, and process procedures, analysis and optimization of working times and production processes with a focus on efficiency, costs, and repeatability, design and industrialization of process equipment (fixtures, jigs, tooling), technical management of aeronautical documentation, including BOMs and technical drawings, analysis, understanding, and translation of customer specification requirements, support to product/process approval activities (FAI, industrialization).
• Direct interface with the customer for technical alignment, requirements management, and project progress.
• Support the customer during industrialization phases and fine‑tuning of the production process.
• Managing technical meetings, process/design reviews, and follow‑up activities, with a structured technical project management approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of CATIA and/or SolidWorks and/or Solid Edge, excellent command of MS Word and Excel. Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (SAP), knowledge of aeronautical manufacturing processes and industrialization workflows, experience in environments regulated by stringent standards and requirements (quality, traceability, documentation) and excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for direct interaction with customers.
• Structured and results‑focused approach to work with strong prioritization skills.
• Act as a link between the technical area, production, and the customer, typical of the Project Engineer / Technical Project Manager role.
• Operate with autonomy and accountability, keeping a full end‑to‑end view of the process.
