Your role

We are looking for a Production Engineer Intern who will support the teams in different activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Support in monitoring and analyzing efficiency to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in production scheduling, detection of deviations, and proposal of corrective actions to ensure process reliability.
• Contribute to the monitoring of quality KPIs and collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with standards.
• Learn and apply the principles of delegation and teamwork within the production environment.
• Support the supervision of product quality checks within the assigned production area.
• Gain understanding of work cycles, production methods.
• Support activities related to workplace safety and participate in risk assessment initiatives.

Main Requirements

• Master’s degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Good relationship skills
• Experience with basic Windows tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of data visualisation techniques and statistical concepts is a plus
