In this position You will be responsible to coordinate project teams.*The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid*In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:* Analysis of the production processes and study and implementation of improvements with focus on lean manufacturing, automation and digitalization.* Preparation of technical specifications finalized to the Purchase Order of new equipment, or modification on the existing automated production lines with technical notes, project data and layout.* Participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products.* Problem solving analysis and investigation. Support production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff.* Preliminary supplier involvement and co engineering approach.
