Overview
Production Development Specialist to join Engineering team within Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty Business Unit at plant in Nova Milanese, near Milan, Italy.
Responsibilities
Manage capital investment projects for new plant infrastructures, machines or improvements to existing equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Lead process development activities, including feasibility analysis, to contribute to manufacturing efficiency, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Collaborate with Nova Production, Maintenance and Procurement functions to ensure smooth project execution, compliance with company standards and achievement of manufacturing performance targets.
Team and Reporting Part of multi-site engineering team, reporting directly to HC engineering manager. Work in close connection with different functions across the PSO perimeter at plant level. Requires strong collaboration skills, stakeholder management, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
1–3 years of experience in project management, product/production development or industrialization roles within FMCG, Personal Care or manufacturing environments.
Project and stakeholder management experience.
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of plant utilities, industrial automation and machinery mechanics.
Feasibility and cost analysis.
Project planning tools and manufacturing basics.
Languages
Business English

from € 37,000 (based on experience and skills)
