Descrizione dell'offerta

About Ultra

Ultra creates immersive narrative experiences that bring together art, culture, and technology. We work across two main areas: commissioned projects for brands and cultural institutions, and the development of original immersive experiences.

We are a multidisciplinary team of artists, designers, developers, and architects dedicated to crafting state-of-the-art spatial storytelling.

The Role

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to support our team on XR and immersive projects. You’ll work closely with the Head of Production to help plan, organize, and follow up on project activities—keeping timelines on track and communication clear. This role requires both precision and curiosity: you’ll move between logistics and creativity, technical details and artistic goals.

What You’ll Do

  •  Support the production team in planning and organizing XR and digital projects

  •  Coordinate tasks, timelines, and project updates with team members and clients

  •  Help manage documentation and keep project files up to date

  •  Help test immersive experiences on headsets and other platforms

  •  Monitor workflow progress and support quality control

What We’re Looking For

  •  A background or training in digital production, multimedia, or project management—or a strong interest in the field

  •  2–3 years of experience in similar roles (XR, gaming, tech events, digital media), and familiarity with production workflows

  •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  •  A practical mindset and the ability to stay calm and focused

  •  Good English skills (spoken and written)

Who You Are

  •  Culturally Curious: You’re interested in art, design, and technology—and how they connect

  •  Organized and Reliable: You know how to follow a plan, manage time, and help a team stay on track

  •  Tech-Savvy: You’re familiar with basic XR or 3D production workflows and can use presentation and graphic tools

  •  A Team Player: You’re comfortable working with creatives, developers, clients, and suppliers

  •  Proactive: You take initiative, adapt easily, and are eager to keep learning

What We Offer

  •  A salary based on experience and skills

  •  A collaborative workplace in the heart of Milan (Via Tortona)

  •  Flexible working hours and room to grow professionally

  •  Public transportation pass, meal vouchers, and training opportunities

  •  Full benefits under Italian employment law
