A protagonist in the main strategic programs globally, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and businesses.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain organizational unit of the Electronics Division, we are looking for a **Production Control** for our Bacoli (NA) office.**The person will mainly be responsible for the following activities:*** support production departments by planning their medium/short-term activities based on the general production master schedule and independent demand dates, coordinating the management of priorities in the department.* sharing, for each program, synthetic reports on the availability status of parts (internal, external and purchased) and simulations of kit launching and picking in order to monitor shortages with visibility on all deliveries for the year.* Constant verification of the feasibility of production plans in terms of material availability, lead time and workload, interfacing with Material Management for the issuance of PRs.* correct feeding of parts and materials to Production areas, issuing Work Orders (WOs) to be withdrawn from the warehouse and launching them into production in accordance with the predefined times and methods by SAP following the preparation of the necessary Manufacturing Data Package (MDP).* optimal assignment of WOs to Work Centers, managing their backlog dynamically in order to meet time to delivery with maximum efficiency.* monitoring the progress status of assembly lines, providing the completeness status of kits, supporting production department managers in mitigation actions.* verification of the closure of the fabrication and assembly WO phases (including quality) before the request for accounting settlement of the part to the warehouse.* management and monitoring of material waste resulting from the production line, evaluating its impacts on the production plan.* solicitation actions towards Material Management for the issuance of PRs, towards Procurement for the issuance of POs and towards Supply Chain for Expediting activities.* definition of appropriate KPIs for monitoring the performance of the area.**Educational qualifications:*** Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering**Seniority:*** **Junior**: 1-3 years of experience**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Planning of production activities.* Results orientation and performance monitoring (KPI).* Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production flows.* Resilience and ability to operate under pressure in production contexts.**Behavioral competencies**:* Proactivity;
