Product Specialist Immunology (Rare Disease) – Lombardia

Accountabilities
- Maximise sales of Amgen’s products in your territory
- Achieve sales targets
- Deliver key product messages
- Collaborate with your manager to implement the agreed POA in line with the marketing strategy
- Identify and establish high‑quality customer relationships and internal collaboration
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of the product(s), market, stakeholders and competitors
- Work within agreed budgets
- Live the Amgen Values
Authority
- Implementation of the approved POA/key account plans
- Implementation of planned promotional spending (unplanned or significant expenses require further discussion with field sales manager)
Outputs
- Meeting sales targets
- Executing the POA
- Performance in accordance with the job description and POA objectives
- Maintaining high‑quality internal and external customer relationships
- Promoting the image of Amgen in line with Amgen Values
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences
- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales‑related role
- Relevant experience in a specialised area (Immunology preferred: Multiple sclerosis, Neuromyelitis optica, Myasthenia gravis)
- Rigorous planning & execution skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation
- Knowledge of local value‑and‑access themes
- Basic knowledge of and experience in a hospital environment
- Some experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- University degree meeting the requirements set out by Legislative Decree no. 219/2006 and subsequent amendments
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management principles
- Experience in Immunology
- Experience in customer engagement and multichannel
- Exposure to interactions with various disciplines and organisational levels
- Exposure to project‑management principles
- Located in Lombardia (ideally based in Milan)
