Product Specialist Hematology – Campania (Contratto a tempo determinato)

Location and Working Environment

• Full‑time permanent.
• Field based in Italy, covering Campania, Basilicata, and Lazio (focus on Frosinone and Latina). 50 % travel expected; preference for candidate based in Campania (Naples).
• Occasional travel in Italy, including overnight stays.

Purpose & Scope

As a Product Specialist in Hematology, you will deliver scientific information on assigned Astellas products and execute related marketing activities within your territory. You will work closely with the Product Manager, Medical Manager, and Market Access team to align all actions with the commercial strategy.

Role and Responsibilities

• Visit specialist doctors at hospital facilities in the designated area, targeting key figures as defined with the direct manager.
• Conduct analysis and manage the assigned territory based on managerial indications.
• Verify monthly sales performance, investigate deviations from forecasts, identify causes, and propose solutions.
• Participate in promotion initiatives, coordinate events, identify guests for conferences, and suggest local initiatives.
• Stay updated on scientific and promotional topics related to products and conditions; prepare for periodic meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health‑related science or equivalent.
• Experience in field sales or medical affairs within hematology or related therapeutic area.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to assess performance data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clinicians.
• Proficiency in Italian (both written and spoken) and willingness to travel.
