Job Description
As part of the Surgery team, you will be a PRODUCT SPECIALIST responsible for the promotion and selling of Ethicon products in Lombardia. You will lead the deployment of the commercial strategy in your territory with training and support. You will manage the promotion of Ethicon products at a 360° level, interacting with surgeons and scrub nurses, supporting tender procedures, and ensuring end‑to‑end success.
About Surgery
We are developing next‑generation surgical technologies to treat conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. Your role will help deliver these solutions to healthcare professionals worldwide.
Primary Responsibilities
- Interact with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to explain product technical features and provide training during surgical procedures.
- Support participation in public tender procedures or private contract negotiations, ensuring successful end‑to‑end processes.
- Focus on territory results while contributing to projects related to:
- Data management & insights – creating predictive analytics.
- Digital Health – supporting digital solutions and their strategic execution.
- Health Economics – collecting and analyzing data to substantiate the economic value proposition and disseminate value‑based messages.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in STEM or Economics, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and expand knowledge.
- Experience or coursework in Digital Marketing, Project Management, Business Data Analytics, or hands‑on experience in one of these fields.
- Fluency in Italian (mother tongue) and English.
- Desire to build a career that can change the trajectory of health for humanity.
