Overview

Product Sales Expert Plasmaprotein & Allergy - North Italy (m/f/d). The role is based in Northern Italy, preferably in Piemonte, Lombardia and Veneto. You will join the Sales organization and work with technical and scientific experts in Plasmaproteins and Allergy to provide technical and specialist consultancy, gathering customer requirements and developing the best solution using the SLS portfolio of Siemens Healthineers.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit active customers to provide specialist clinical support, monitor customer satisfaction, and develop new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team (Territory Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Consulting Solution) to identify business opportunities based on current opportunities.
• Define intervention priorities and support activities based on opportunities; share the action plan with the relevant Territory Manager and involve necessary company functions when needed.
• Analyze the customer’s organizational and technological situation (workflow analysis) and configure the best solution to meet customer needs.
• Effectively present products and solutions to customers, highlighting differentiating elements of the proposal.
• Build a network with laboratory managers and relevant sector Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Contribute to training, continuous updating, and support of the sales force.
• Produce detailed reports on project progress according to the schedule agreed with company functions.
• Develop technical and project proposals in response to public tenders and negotiations with private customers.
• Contribute to the formulation of economic offers, particularly regarding analytical configuration and consumables.
• Provide technical support in disputes and collect data on competitors and market dynamics.

Qualifications and Expertise

• 3–5 years of experience in the Diagnostics sector, specifically in Specialty Lab Solutions Plasmaproteins and Allergy.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in cross-functional environments, delivering commercial expertise and innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Proficient in Office applications.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Based in North Italy, preferably Piemonte, Lombardia or Veneto.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in complex, matrix-structured organizations.
