JOB PURPOSE: The Quality Specialist is responsible for leading all quality‐related activities within the organization to ensure products, processes, and systems meet automotive standards, customer requirements, and internal performance goals. This role oversees quality strategy, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while working cross‐functionally with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Supplier Quality teams. ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES: Executive: Lead customer complaint resolution using structured problem‐solving methods (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) based on data management and tracking support Define quality objectives, KPIs, and improvement roadmaps. Elaborate in autonomy the mains Quality KPI (F100 & ACPU) and perform complex data analysis with excel tool starting from claims data Document and communication to management the progress and open issues for current product Maintain relationship with Customer Ensure robust process controls through PFMEA, Control Plans, and process audits. Ensure rapid and effective containment Coordination and Monitoring: Coordinate and support functional groups (platforms, engineering, plant) in maintaining product quality according to requirements Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality topics. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in engineering Proven experience in handling customer quality topics
