Experteer Overview
In this role you will ensure major ETO projects are implemented from order to customer handover. You will collaborate closely with local Service and central functions to align customer requirements with site execution. You will coordinate on-site support from central teams and supervise on-site activities as needed. You will track issues from design through commissioning and contribute to product improvement. You will lead quality processes spanning FMEAs, control plans, inspection methods, and supplier PPAPs to drive reliability and customer satisfaction. Retribuzione / Benefits
Support smooth handover from ETO design to factory assembly and testing, including kickoff, PDCA, closures, and tests. Collect and disseminate technical and commercial project documents to the local organization. Monitor site activity and share site needs with central functions to enable on-site support. Facilitate communication between central and local teams and report site issues to responsible departments. Visit sites for major projects to support commissioning and collect improvement data. Track central-function activities to ensure timely completion and follow-up. Monitor product behavior post handover and report major issues to R&D/Quality/Mfg for corrective action. Lead development of FMEAs and control plans; maintain related protocols. Develop standards and methods for inspection and testing of manufactured and purchased products. Support Supplier Quality and PPAP execution; adjudicate PPAPs from internal and external manufacturers. Lead 8D-based corrective actions with cross-functional teams; assist in addressing customer complaints and returns. Monitor global field failure rates to drive improvements and reliability targets. Technical school background; university degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus Good knowledge of Power Products and principles 3–5+ years in a technical role (Quality, Service, Product Manager) Good English MS Office proficiency (Access included) Ability to plan activities in short/midterm Ability to coordinate people across departments Ability to manage multiple tasks with proper prioritization High customer focus Problem‑solving ability Teamwork Excellent attention to detail
