Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Agronomy, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in product performance, operations, or related roles in agricultural or industrial sectors
- Proven track record of leading global teams and implementing standardized processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to travel internationally as required
