We are looking for a Product Owner – Ownership Tools C Digital Portals to take functional ownership of customer and partner digital portals and to support the continuous improvementof ownership andpost-sales digital experiences across markets.


In this role, you will be responsible for the company’s C web app and the Partner Portal, acting as the key functional reference for all ownership and post-sales digital touchpoints.

You will work closely with business teams, IT delivery teams, and external vendors to ensure high-quality, consistent, and scalable solutions.

You will play a central role in driving customer retention, partner satisfaction, and self-service adoption, while supporting daily operations in a complex, international environment.

This position reports to the Front Office C Digital Manager and has strong visibility across the organization.


Key Responsibilities


Product Ownership s Governance

  • Own the functional governance of customer and partner ownership portals
  • Act as the single point of contact for ownership and post-sales digital tools
  • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for customer and partner portals
  • Ensure consistency of ownership andpost-sales processes acrossmarkets and channels
  • Govern digital touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle, from contract activation to end-of-lease

Backlog s Delivery Management

  • Translate business and market needs into clear, structured, and prioritized backlogs
  • Prioritize new features and evolutions based on customer value, partner impact, adoption, and regulatory needs
  • Work closely with Agile delivery teams to ensure clarity, quality, and timely delivery
  • Validate functional solutions, sprint outputs, and final releases
  • Support testing activities, UAT, and go-live readiness across markets

Operational Supports User Enablement

  • Provide daily functional support to business users, markets, and partners
  • Ensure proper adoption of ownership tools in all countries
  • Identify user pain points and continuously improve usability and efficiency
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions, user guides, and functional documentation
  • Support change management initiatives and promote digital self-service usage

Vendors, Budgets Governance

  • Coordinate and manage external vendors and solution providers
  • Monitor delivery quality, timelines, and dependencies
  • Contribute to budget follow-up and cost control
  • Participate in governance forums and provide clear reporting to stakeholders
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, supporting mitigation actions


You will contribute directly to:

  • Customer retention and satisfaction
  • Partner experience and operational efficiency
  • Digital self-service adoption
  • Reduction of operational load on Customer Care
  • Strong alignment between business needs and IT delivery

You will act as a bridge between business and the system integrator and developers, ensuring shared understanding and value-driven prioritization.


Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager
  • Experience with customer portals, mobile apps, or partner platforms
  • Experience in international and multi-country environments
  • Used to working with multiple stakeholders and priorities

Skills & Expertise

  • Good knowledge of Agile / Scrum ways of working
  • Strong functional mindset: ability to translate business needs into digital solutions
  • Good understanding of customer lifecycle, ownership, and post-sales processes
  • Ability to work with technical teams (basic understanding of integrations, data flows, APIs)
  • Sensitivity to data protection, regulatory, and compliance topics

Education & Languages

  • Master’s degree (Business, Engineering, or equivalent)
  • Agile or Product certifications are a plus
  • Fluent English is required


This position is based in Rome.

Annual salary range: 35K - 42K.
