Product Owner - Milan Italy, Milan

Join our expanding team at Trustfull as a passionate and detail-oriented Product Owner! In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our product vision, leading our development team to build innovative software solutions that fulfill both customer needs and business goals.

You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure everything aligns smoothly with the company's overarching strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision and strategy by transforming customer needs and business objectives into actionable product requirements.
• Prioritize and oversee the product backlog, ensuring our team is focused on delivering the utmost value with every sprint.
• Work closely with our cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment.
• Act as the primary liaison between our technical team and stakeholders, providing updates on product progress and insights into any roadmap adjustments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product development and enhancements.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive continuous product improvement.
• Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.

• At least 3 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Management position, ideally within a technology or SaaS setting.
• A solid grasp of agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience in managing product backlogs and collaborating effectively with development teams.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, ensuring complex ideas are articulated with clarity and persuasion.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for making decisions grounded in data.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or other similar project management and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain focus in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices is a great addition.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
