Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for innovative digital solutions focused on Generative AI.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships to collect requirements and feedback.
• Identify market opportunities and emerging technologies to drive the development of new digital products.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog using Agile/Scrum or Kanban practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to plan product launches.
• Monitor product KPIs, define success metrics, and report performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, especially within financial and insurance sectors.

Essential Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in a Product Owner role.
• Proven track record managing innovative digital products.
• In‑depth knowledge of Generative AI technologies (LLM, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and their business applications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Understanding of software architecture, APIs, and cloud computing.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related disciplines preferred.
• Native Italian speaker; fluent in English.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in banking, insurance, or broader financial services.
• Knowledge of financial regulations such as GDPR and MiFIDII.
• Experience in user‑centered design and UX/UI.
