We're looking for a Product Marketing Specialist with a passion for digital products, communication, and customer needs to join our Marketing team. You’ll work closely with both our Marketing and Product teams to help bring our product to market, improve its positioning, and drive user adoption and engagement.

You will play a key role in supporting go-to-market strategies, crafting clear messaging, and creating content that helps users understand and benefit from our platform.

What you will do

  • Translate product features into clear, compelling benefits for target users
  • Support the creation and execution of go-to-market plans for new features and releases
  • Work with the Product team to gather insights from users, the market, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure product messaging is consistent and aligned with brand tone and audience needs
  • Monitor product performance metrics (activation, adoption, retention) and help identify areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure a clear understanding of product value

What you need to succeed

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital products
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Management, or related fields
  • Strong interest in product marketing and go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in Italian and English
  • Comfortable working with data to inform decisions
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Passion for fintech, startups, and digital innovation

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Intercom, etc.
  • Basic understanding of user lifecycle, onboarding, and retention metrics
