Product Marketing Specialist

Your Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Product Marketing Intern , an entrepreneurially spirited intern with strong marketing and presentation skills to join our Wellness Team for a 6‑month internship in our Technogym Village. The Product Marketing Intern will be joining the Product team dedicated to MyWellness CRM. This highly organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross‑functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team. You will play a key role in leading the growth of the Wellness approach and the Technogym Community in line with the Go Consumer strategy.

Your Impact

• Ensures the support in the development and production of contents
• Ensure the product development process support for equipment, digital solutions/apps, packages/solutions, etc.
• Work closely with product marketing managers to analyze product trends, test hypotheses to help shape go-to-market strategies, and size potential impact of "problems-to-solve"
• Measure and visualize the effectiveness of product effectiveness and updates
• Design and implement reporting dashboards and the associated data pipeline to deliver insights and enhance the workflows of internal teams

About You

• Master's Degree in Marketing, Design or similar
• Strong knowledge of the main presentation tools (Ppt, Canva, Figma)
• Strong public speaking ability
• Fitness Passionate
• Self-starter; Highly analytical; capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision
• Enthusiastic and proactive team player
• Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge about the fitness consumer industry a plus -- including media landscape, competitors, key platforms.
• Fluent in Italian and English
