Meetical, a SaaS company building productivity apps in the Atlassian Ecosystem, is looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Specialist . If you’re an exceptional storyteller, a strong writer, and a hands-on marketer who loves turning creative ideas into structured, high-impact campaigns — this is the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling stories, effective marketing campaigns and convincing marketing assets to position and sell our products.
- Write engaging content about product features, productivity practices, and Atlassian ecosystem updates.
- Lead existing initiatives in Content Marketing, SEO, App Store Landing Pages, and Email Marketing.
- Give product presentations and take part in community events (online and offline).
- Create impactful slide decks and product presentations for sales and events.
- Create Landing Pages with compelling copy and appropriate marketing assets.
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Dev Team to shape a product customers love.
- Partner with freelancers, agencies, and ecosystem partners to extend our reach.
- Systematically explore new traction and marketing channels (Paid Ads, Social, …).
- Collaborate with customers to understand their pain points and turn success stories into marketing assets.
- Contribute to first- and second-level customer support (~10% of time) to stay close to user needs and ensure great customer experience.

Your ideal profile:
- Degree in Marketing or related field with a minimum of 2-3 years combined experience in marketing, copywriting, design, product marketing, content marketing, email marketing, or similar.
- Tech-savvy person who likes to collaborate with both technical and non-technical people and likes productivity tools in general (Calendars, ToDo Apps, Productivity Hacks)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to turn creative ideas into actionable marketing plans and deliverables.
- Great presentation skills and feel comfortable in front of a camera in online meetings.
- Hands-on experience with Content Marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, Marketing Funnels, CRMs, Content Management Systems (Webflow/Wordpress).
- Proficient with creator tools such as Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Powerpoint etc.
- Experience with marketing tools, including Google Analytics, CRMs, Landing Pages and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent English skills with ability to work in an international b2b environment to create strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Experience with Atlassian Tools like Confluence and Jira is a big plus. Willingness to learn these tools and become proficient with them, is a must.
