• Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for charging solutions, including high-power and regulated market considerations
• Develop cohesive positioning across AC/DC ranges and platform, delivering a unified customer story
• Create differentiated value propositions for key segments and maintain competitive intelligence materials
• Own portfolio performance, identify whitespace, and translate customer needs into product requirements for R&D
• Lead end-to-end product launches with messaging, packaging, pricing inputs and enablement assets
• Build strong relationships with markets and strategic customers; capture insights through visits and workshops
• Coordinate with service/operations to ensure delivery promises align with reality

Responsabilità

• 3–5 years in Product Marketing / Solution Marketing / Product Management in B2B tech or energy/industrial environments
• Strong familiarity with EV charging dynamics, ideally DC fast charging
• Proven ability to lead global go-to-market programs and enable sales in complex cycles
• Experience with regulated markets and compliance-driven requirements
• Understanding of charging operations and digital layers (monitoring, backend integration, service models)
• Ability to work with technical teams while maintaining a commercial mindset
