We are looking for a PRODUCT MANAGER for a long-established company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and sales of mechanical components.


The Product Manager supports the expansion of IAM Sales across the assigned Markets. The role ensures structured collection, analysis, and evaluation of data related to market trends, products, customers, and competitors. It collaborates closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics to drive product strategy, pricing definition, and demand planning.


Key Responsibilities:


Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate market trends, product positioning, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to support the development of product strategy by geographical area.
  • Monitor competitor pricing strategies and propose suitable pricing models in line with company guidelines.

Pricing & Sales Support

  • Analyze competitor pricing structures and define optimal pricing proposals for the designated region.
  • Support commercial activities, including promotional campaigns and net price updates, ensuring alignment with ASP guidelines.

Demand Forecasting & Stock Coordination

  • Prepare input data and conduct demand forecasts for the assigned Markets.
  • Coordinate availability planning and stock management in cooperation with local Sales teams.
  • Provide consolidated market analyses and demand forecasts.

Product Information & Marketing Support

  • Plan and coordinate the dissemination of product information in cooperation with MarCom and the Technical/Quality Department.
  • Create product-related content such as NPI communications, articles, press releases, printed materials, and customer presentations.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans.

Product Range Management

  • Propose product range extensions or adjustments in line with company strategy.
  • Monitor profitability development by product line and recommend profit optimization actions.


Required Qualifications :

  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Knowledge of the IAM market dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Experience in pricing analysis and sales support
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with international and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, BI systems, forecasting tools
