Descrizione dell'offerta
GEKAI on Stage is an innovative force in the entertainment and music industry. We specialize in bringing high-concept live experiences to life, bridging the gap between artistic vision and massive audience engagement. From club tours to stadium-level events, we manage the intricate machinery that makes the magic happen "on stage." We believe in professionalism, disruption, and the power of a perfectly executed show.
Your Mission: Product Manager
We are looking for a Product Manager who will act as the operational backbone of our projects. This isn't just a desk job; it’s a high-energy role that requires a "get-it-done" attitude. You will oversee the lifecycle of an event, ensuring that creative ideas are supported by flawless logistics and technical precision.
Your Responsibilities
- Production & Operations: participate in the end-to-end coordination of live events, including site visits, technical riders, and on-site stage management oversight.
- End-to-End Project Management: develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all internal departments and external partners meet their deadlines.
- Vendor Management: manage relationships with technical suppliers (audio, video, lighting etc.).
- Talent & Booking Liaison: act as operational point of contact for artist management and booking agencies. Handle "the advance" (logistics, transport, hospitality, and technical requirements) for local and international talent.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: ensure every event complies with safety regulations and maintains the high aesthetic and technical standards of the GEKAI on Stage brand.
Your Profile
- Language Mastery: Native or C1 English is non-negotiable. You will be dealing with international agencies and technical crews daily.
- Industry Track Record: previous experience in event production, booking, or project management. We need someone who understands the rhythm and the "unforeseens" of the live entertainment world.
- The Golden Skill: Teamwork. We prioritize a healthy team culture above all else. We are looking for a humble, proactive collaborator who supports their colleagues. If you have a big ego, you won't fit in here.
- Technical Literacy: ability to understand basic backline requirements and manage digital project management tools.
- Flexibility: availability for weekend work and travel as required by the event calendar.
Salary (RAL): €35,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
At GEKAI on Stage, we deeply believe in the power of diversity. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming applications from all backgrounds regardless of minority status, disability, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
