Product Manager - Telehandler

Job Responsibilitie

sWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager for telehandler products, reporting to the Port Machinery R&D team

1. Conduct market research and demand analysis, define product positioning, and provide full support for product launch and promotion
2. Work closely with the R&D team to convert market requirements into feasible technical solutions and drive the implementation of product plans
3. Accompany the sales team to visit clients across Italy and other European regions, collect market feedback and identify customer pain points to support product strategy formulation
4. Carry out product operation related work, including competitor analysis, summarizing product selling points, developing sales toolkits and delivering customer training
5. Act as the liaison between the local team and global headquarters, and drive product localization and continuous optimization

Job Requiremen

1. Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related engineering fields are preferred
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in product management, technical support, pre-sales or after-sales engineering, and product planning. Candidates with experience in forklifts or construction machinery industries are highly preferred
3. Solid technical background. Able to understand product principles, technical parameters and system frameworks without diving into detailed technical development work
4. Keen insight into customer needs, proactive mindset for market work, and excellent communication and coordination skill
5. Willing to take frequent business trips across Italy and France, and able to collaborate closely with the sales team
