We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Product Manager – Supply Chain Due Diligence & Responsible Business Practices to join our Business Assurance team. In this role, you will support the development, delivery, and growth of sustainability and due diligence services, helping organizations navigate evolving regulatory requirements, responsible sourcing expectations, and supply chain risks across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Supply Chain Due Diligence and Responsible Business Practices service offerings.
Create and maintain assessment methodologies, audit protocols, tools, and technical guidance.
Act as a subject matter expert on due diligence regulations and responsible business practices.
Support auditor qualification, training, and competence development.
Lead or participate in audits, assessments, supplier evaluations, and gap analyses.
Provide technical support for customer projects, proposals, and strategic accounts.
Collaborate with sales teams on customer presentations, workshops, webinars, and business development initiatives.
Monitor regulatory developments, market trends, and emerging customer needs.
Work closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure service excellence and portfolio growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Law, Social Sciences, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Due Diligence, Sustainability, ESG, Responsible Sourcing, Social Compliance, Auditing, Risk Management, or Compliance.
Experience conducting audits, assessments, supplier evaluations, or compliance reviews.
Strong knowledge of supply chain due diligence frameworks and regulations, including:
EUDR
EUBR
FLR
LkSG
CSDDD
OECD Due Diligence Guidance
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Professional proficiency in English; German and other languages are a plus.
Ability to work independently in an international and multicultural environment.
