Our platform connects real, high-quality users with market research surveys from global brands. This allows our clients to gather meaningful insights through reliable online research, while our members enjoy a simple and rewarding experience.
Your Role
As a Product Manager at Prime Insights, you’ll be at the center of building and scaling products that make an impact. The exact area of responsibility is still to be defined, it could involve B2B products or our B2C apps , so we’re looking for a generalist who thrives on adaptability.
Most importantly, we’re seeking someone with a big ownership mindset : a person ready to take initiative, drive ideas forward, and make strategic decisions that align user needs with business goals. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful results.
Your Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successful launches.
- Strong ability to adapt quickly and take ownership in uncertain or evolving product areas.
- Solid understanding of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Experience with large-scale apps, ideally in rewards/loyalty, gaming, or similar industries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with proven project management experience.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset to guide decisions and prioritize effectively.
Nice to Have
- Technical understanding (e.g., backend systems) to collaborate smoothly with engineering teams.
- Experience with product management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles to help deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Familiarity with product development cycles and time-to-market optimization.
- Ability to balance multiple products or features while maintaining quality outcomes.
❗Important: We are not considering freelancers working on multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time position for a dedicated Product Manager who is ready to commit to a single product ecosystem and contribute meaningfully to its long-term success.
