AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Italy we are looking for a:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns and supporting congresses and field team training. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams, while maintaining close contact with HQ to ensure strategic alignment. This is a 1-year limited role, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to key initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Track competitor actions and report insights to support tactical decisions.
- Support budget and marketing planning and monitor spending across development, marketing, and promotion.
- Coordinate promotional activities: organize and implement marketing campaigns, create materials, coordinate all the activities related to events participation, and arrange training for field teams in collaboration with the medical department.
- Review sales performance data regularly to assess impact and adjust activities as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams to align execution.
- Maintain regular contact with HQ to ensure alignment and share best practices.
- Management of Country meeting: ensure the preparation of presentations and alignment with the cross - functional team on the key messages to be conveyed to the sales force.
Your Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Economics, Biomedical Engineer, Pharmacy, Biology.
- Experience in project coordination and basic project management.
- Experience in supporting and organizing medical congresses, including collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Willingness to learn and contribute to cross-functional teams
- Travel: Up to 20% across Italy
- Languages: Italian native language and fluent in English.
