Product Manager - Insurance Protection Products

Banca Generali ( a private bank leader in Italy in financial planning and in the protection of clients through a network of private consultants at the top of the sector in terms of skills and expertise/professionalism, is looking for a Product Manager for its Product Department.
The "Servizio Prodotti Risparmio Assicurativo" is responsible for defining the Life and Protection products offering issued by the insurance companies of Generali Group's Country Italy and for insurance products issued by non-resident companies in Italy.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
* Implementing the Protection offering strategy, defining the products characteristics, including target market, pricing, and ancillary services
* Collaboration with insurance companies ensuring timely product launches while overseeing IT, operational, and procedural implementation
* Continuous monitoring of product performance is essential, including conducting analyses on products under review and proposing improvement initiatives
* Ensuring operational continuity for clients and providing necessary support to Distribution Networks are also critical aspects
* Running continuous oversight of the competitors offering and market trends in collaboration with the Market Intelligence team, in order to always grant a state of the art proposition
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, or related fields
* 6+ years of experience in similar roles within the banking or insurance sector
* At least 6 years of experience in Product Management roles within the banking or insurance sector
* Deep understanding of insurance dynamics, with specific regard toinsurance protection products
* Expertise in insurance regulations and compliance
