We are looking for a
Product Manager
who will be trained for 2 years as an apprentice in
Milan
within the
Digital Industries

As an
Apprentice Product Manager
you will work with two products within our industrial automation portfolio, in particular with our
LOGO!
controller and
SITOP
power supply. Some of your main activities will be:
Develop the Italian product strategy and contribute to a long‑term roadmap for the product lifecycle, including new and existing generations of the two products, ensuring commercial success in the region aligned with HQ guidelines.
Support promotional activities for the two products aimed at end customers and the distribution network, organizing events, workshops, and training sessions for sales force and partner technicians.
Actively collaborate in planning and managing customer‑facing events to increase product visibility and market penetration.
Provide technical support on the two products for internal teams and customers, assisting with technical queries and helping sales specialists better position these products.
Coordinate activities with HQ to ensure alignment with global guidelines, participating in training and internal communication to keep the team updated on product and market news.
Support sales specialists and sales representatives by defining and implementing guidelines, goals, and initiatives to stimulate sales growth. Identify and follow‑up on strategic business opportunities.
Gather customer and market requirements for product enhancements and relay technical feedback to engineering and test teams at HQ. Develop use cases and customer references to expand product penetration.
Assist in planning sales price development and implement action plans to achieve business targets.
Develop competitive analysis and formulation of competitive strategies for all new and existing products. Prepare periodic product reviews and annual reports supporting the product plan.
Required Entry Qualifications
You are less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.
You are a fresh graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related fields.
You have excellent command of Italian language as well as English.
Passion for digital technology and industrial automation.
Team player with a strong willingness to learn on the job, working closely with sales teams and customers.
Interest and aptitude for technical promotion and training activities aimed at distributors and technicians.
Interest or experience with programmable automation products, such as PLCs, HMIs or power supply systems.
Positive attitude in managing relationships with customers, distributors, and colleagues, with excellent communication skills.
Proactive spirit and desire to grow in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
Ability to manage and coordinate activities in collaboration with different stakeholders, including HQ teams.
Availability for short trips within the national territory.
Eligibility to work in Italy.

For apprenticeship contracts, the indicative gross annual salary range is between €28,475 and €35,700, depending on the candidate’s educational background. The apprenticeship program includes defined salary steps: compensation increases progressively based on seniority and the acquisition of skills, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL).
