About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and strategic EP Product Manager - Complex Solutions to join our Electrophysiology (EP) Advanced franchise team. This role is dedicated to managing the EP product portfolio, primarily supporting FaraPulse (NAV) and OPAL HDx. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive growth, execute marketing initiatives, and shape the future of complex cardiac solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Market Development & Strategic Execution: Lead the design and implementation of post-market strategies for FaraPulse (NAV) and OPAL HDx. Analyze clinical practices and market trends to identify unmet needs and opportunities. Propose innovative solutions aligned with customer expectations and franchise goals.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute tactical marketing plans in collaboration with the franchise team. Create promotional campaigns and sales tools to support product positioning and maximize impact.
- Physician Education & Clinical Engagement: Develop and implement physician training and education programs, including virtual and in-person initiatives. Foster peer learning and clinical adoption of EP solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Sales Enablement: Work with sales teams and clinical specialists to ensure effective execution of marketing programs. Support sales activities with targeted messaging and educational materials.
- Product Launch & Lifecycle Management: Define launch roadmaps, develop promotional assets, and ensure alignment with product lifecycle needs.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive assessments and market analysis to inform strategy and differentiate offerings.
- KOL & Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders in electrophysiology.
- Financial & Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance, revenue, and profitability; collaborate on corrective actions.
- Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards, facilitating issue resolution.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Electrophysiology, technical or commercial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical field; Master’s preferred.
- Proven product and project management experience in MedTech or similar.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Native Italian speaker; fluent in English.
- Understanding of business, technical concepts, and industry practices.
