Product Manager

Experteer Overview

In this role you act as the internal voice of the customer, translating needs into competitive product solutions. You’ll map market trends, quantify opportunities, and guide cross‑functional teams to align the portfolio with market requirements and strategic priorities. You’ll assess feasibility, define offer structure, and influence pricing and margins to strengthen competitive positioning. You will collaborate with project leadership to shape plans and ensure products meet user specifications. This is a customer‑centric, market‑driven role that shapes the growth and success of our offer in a global context.

• Understand macro, regulatory, and technology trends shaping market growth for assigned categories
• Quantify market size, growth, segments and opportunities
• Evaluate competitor positioning and best practices
• Identify customer needs and develop segments and personas to inform decisions

• Assess strategic fit of client requests and prioritize feasibility
• Define the offer structure to respond to market/customer needs
• Support project planning by setting target costs per module considering platform price and margin
• Validate that the designed product meets user requirements specifications

Responsabilità

• 8-10 years of professional experience in manufacturing, engineering and purchasing
• Experience mapping customer/market needs and defining critical product functions
• Experience in global, multi‑functional, project‑based organizations
• Bachelor or Master Degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering)
• Analytical skills
• Effective oral and written communication
• People leadership
• Collaborative team player
• Fluent in English
• Background in automotive, consumer goods, medtech, or industrial automation is a plus
